How do I report my card lost or stolen?

When and where can I access my credit card activity online?

As soon as you receive your card, you may sign up for online access. You can visit our website at SNBconnect.com and select "Credit Card Activity" from the login drop-down to register and access your information, OR

If you are already an online banking customer, when you log into your online banking account, you will see your credit card information on the right side of the screen. Please note, you may not view your credit card both ways since they require different login credentials.

Will I have access to past credit card statements through online banking via the credit card site?

Yes. You may click on Statements and then select the statement you would like to view from the list of available options. There is 13 months worth of statements available to view.

Can I set up my PIN online?

You may set your initial PIN up within the credit card activity website. If you forget your PIN or want to change your PIN, this cannot be done online. You must call the 855-584-7547.

Where do I add Pay-From account information to pay my bill?

The Manage Payment Accounts page allows you to manage the account used to pay the credit card account balance. From the Payments page:

1. Select Manage under payment accounts.
2. Select the edit button to edit an account.
3. Select the delete button to remove an account.
4. Select Add Payment Account to add a new account.

How can I make a payment?

Your cardholders can make a one-time payment by:

1. Select Make payment on the Payments page or in the menu.
2. Select the payment amount.
3. Select a payment date.
4. Select the from account.
5. Select Add a pay-from account if a payment account had not been set up.
6. Review payment.
7. Accept the terms and conditions.
8. Select Edit payment to make changes.
9. Select Submit Payment.
10. A confirmation page will display that summaries the payment details.

Can I switch to paperless statements online?

Yes. You may click on Statements and then click on Paperless settings. You will be asked to complete and review the information, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Save changes to finish enrolling.

How do I get online access?

• For Premier Business Visa Credit Cardholders, if you are an identified administrator, you will receive an email invitation from alerts@spendtrack.fiserv.com to set up your account. Prompt action must be taken to activate the account with the code provided within two days before it expires. If the activation code expires, please call 402-449-0987 to reset. After activation is completed, all future visits to SpendTrack should be done by visiting this page by clicking on the “Continue To Login” button under Business Cardholders.
  
  • Inviting other cardholders: If cardholders would like online access to SpendTrack to view their credit card activity, they will need to wait for an invitation from the administrator before they can gain access. The email invitation will come from alerts@spendtrack.fiserv.com and prompt action must be taken to activate the account with the code provided within two days before it expires. If the activation code expires, please call 402-449-0987 to reset. After activation is completed, all future visits to SpendTrack should be done by visiting this page by clicking on the “Continue To Login” button under Business Cardholders.

What steps do I take after receiving the invitation email to SpendTrack?

As part of the login process, an email is sent that contains a link and an activation code. Select the link and enter the code to activate your SpendTrack account.
After the account is activated, visit www.SNBconnect.com and choose "Credit Card Activity" from the drop-down. Then, under Business Cardholders, choose "Contine to SpendTrack Login."

1. Enter your email and select Log in.
2. Enter your password and select Submit.
3. Enter the access code from your email and select Submit.
4. Accept the terms and conditions at first login.

How can I make a payment in SpendTrack?

To make a payment in SpendTrack, follow these steps:

1. Select Make a Payment from the home page.
2. Choose the amount.
3. Choose the payment date.
4. Select the payment source.
5. Place a check next to the terms and conditions.
6. Select Pay.

How can I set up a recurring payment?

To set up a recurring payment, follow these steps:

1. Select Set up Recurring Payment from the cardholder transaction page.
2. Choose the amount.
3. Choose the payment date.
4. Select the payment source.
5. Place a check mark next to the terms and conditions.
6. Select Enable.

How can I add a new payment source?

To set up a payment source, follow these steps:

1. Select Add Payment Source from the Payment Source drop-down list or from the Payment Sources tab on the Payment History page.
2. Choose the account type.
3. Complete the form.
4. Select Add Payment Source.

How do I dispute a transaction online in SpendTrack?

To dispute a transaction online, follow these steps:

1. Select the ellipses to the right of a transaction.
2. Select Raise a Dispute. The Dispute Transaction dialog box displays.
3. Select the reason.
4. Add comments as needed.
5. Select Submit.

How can I lock and unlock my card in SpendTrack?

Select My Card from the navigation page. The Card Profile page displays several actions available from this page. Click "Lock Card" to open a confirmation dialog box. Select Yes to lock the card.
