LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
All cardholders must use supported browsers for the credit card activity login website, which includes: Microsoft Edge®, Google Chrome®, Safari® and Firefox®. Internet Explorer is not supported and will cause the login page to be blank.
PERSONAL CARDHOLDERS
- Personal cardholders can access their credit card activity through online banking or by visiting the credit card website directly. You are not able to use both ways to view your activity as they require different login credentials.
- To login to your credit card activity account, please scroll down to Credit Card Activity Login.
- Important Customer Note: For customers who access their credit card activity through the credit card website, whether directly or through SNB online banking, please read the following. Effective Monday, March 13, 2023, the Manage Alerts menu in the credit card website will be removed. As a result, you will no longer be able to turn on or manage the following alerts from the credit card website:
- Payment Due
- Approaching Credit Line
- Purchase Amount Exceeds
- Current Day Threshold
- Current Day Count
- Payment Initiated to Card
- Account Over Limit
- Payment Posted
If you have turned on any of these alerts before March 13, you will stop receiving alert emails beginning Wednesday, March 15, 2023. You will continue to receive all other notifications from the credit card website, including notifications about password changes, statement delivery, and disputes.
That said, if you have the SNB Mobile app, similar alerts from the above list will remain available to you under Cards - My Cards (see example below). Those alerts include Approaching Credit Line, Purchase Amount Exceeds, Payment Due, Account Over Limit, Payment Posted, and more! If you don't have the SNB Mobile App, you may download it via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may enroll in mobile banking or log in to the app using your online banking credentials. If you choose to continue to access your credit card activity through the credit card website and don't want to use or download the SNB mobile app, we encourage you to use the information available to you on the credit card website and in your monthly credit card statement to track important data such as your account balance, payment due date, available credit, and the date your last payment was posted.

BUSINESS CARDHOLDERS (PREMIER BUSINESS OR BUSINESS)
- Business cardholder administrators will receive a SpendTrack welcome invitation email from alerts@spendtrack.fiserv.com to set up your account. Prompt action must be taken to activate the account with the code provided within two days before it expires. If the activation code expires, please call 402-449-0987 to reset. After activation is completed, all future visits to SpendTrack should be done by visiting this page and clicking the "SpendTrack Business Login” button below under Business Cardholders. Do not use any previously saved bookmarks as our updated website will have a new URL.
- Inviting other cardholders: If cardholders would like online access to SpendTrack to view their credit card activity, they will need to wait for an invitation from the administrator before they can gain access.
- Don't know which card you have? Look at the front of your credit card - it will either read Premier Business or Business.

If you are not currently signed up for Online Banking, you can apply for Online Banking HERE. How do I report my card lost or stolen?
Simply call the number on the back your card, 855-584-7547.

When and where can I access my credit card activity online?
As soon as you receive your card, you may sign up for online access. You can visit our website at SNBconnect.com and select "Credit Card Activity" from the login drop-down to register and access your information, OR
If you are already an online banking customer, when you log into your online banking account, you will see your credit card information on the right side of the screen. Please note, you may not view your credit card both ways since they require different login credentials.

Will I have access to past credit card statements through online banking via the credit card site?
Yes. You may click on Statements and then select the statement you would like to view from the list of available options. There is 13 months worth of statements available to view.

Can I set up my PIN online?
You may set your initial PIN up within the credit card activity website. If you forget your PIN or want to change your PIN, this cannot be done online. You must call the 855-584-7547.

Where do I add Pay-From account information to pay my bill?
The Manage Payment Accounts page allows you to manage the account used to pay the credit card account balance. From the Payments page:
- Select Manage under payment accounts.
- Select the edit button to edit an account.
- Select the delete button to remove an account.
- Select Add Payment Account to add a new account.

How can I make a payment?
Your cardholders can make a one-time payment by:
- Select Make payment on the Payments page or in the menu.
- Select the payment amount.
- Select a payment date.
- Select the from account.
- Select Add a pay-from account if a payment account had not been set up.
- Review payment.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Select Edit payment to make changes.
- Select Submit Payment.
- A confirmation page will display that summaries the payment details.

Can I switch to paperless statements online?
Yes. You may click on Statements and then click on Paperless settings. You will be asked to complete and review the information, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Save changes to finish enrolling.

If I get locked out of my account online, what should I do?

What if I have questions about my credit card account during non-banking hours?
Please call our customer support at 855-584-7547 available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with any questions you have.
