FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

  • Enter your Access ID in the login area and click 'Login'.
  • Click 'Forgot Password', then re-enter your ID and other required information, and click 'Submit'.
  • Your password temporary password will be emailed to the address you have on file with us.
  • Return to our homepage and re-enter your ID and temporary password.
  • Change your password to regain access to your account.

If you do not have a current email address on file or if you have forgotten your Access ID, please call our Help Desk at (402) 661-3166, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, to speak with a customer service representative.

We welcome your questions, comments and ideas. However, before emailing us, please note that confidential personal or account information such as passwords, PINs, Social Security Numbers, Tax Identification Numbers, bank account numbers and driver’s license numbers should never be transmitted through non-secure email. We will never email you requesting confidential personal or account information.

Please note that emails to our general email address may not be used to place a stop payment, cancel a bill payment, request a funds transfer or perform other financial transactions.

Keep in mind that many banking related communications are not best suited by email and may not be reviewed by a bank representative immediately. Email replies are issued within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. For items needing immediate attention please call or visit one of our Branch Locations.
