taking action for your
As our communities work to combat the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to make sure you know that the well-being of our customers has always been a top priority for us. Together, our staff and customers can help limit the exposure of COVID-19.
Furthermore, we want you to feel confident that we are committed to acting responsibly. As much as we enjoy seeing you in person, we know at this time you may prefer to minimize your daily interactions. We understand, and want to remind you there are many ways we can serve you – through online banking, mobile banking apps, our ATM network, by appointment, drive-thrus or visiting open branch lobbies. And if you do have a scheduled appointment, don’t be surprised if we greet you with a simple wave instead of a normal handshake to avoid the spread of germs. We have increased the frequency of cleanings at our locations, ensured our employees have current information and continue to provide convenient hand sanitizers for customers and employees.
LobbY and Drive-Thru hours
Given the increase in COVID-19 cases in the area, Omaha and Council Bluffs lobbies are operating by appointment only with drive-thrus open for the health and safety of our customers and employees. Again, there are many ways we can serve you – through online and mobile banking, drive-thrus, our ATM network and by appointment. Our Jordan Creek branch lobby in West Des Moines is open to customers with the first hour of the day reserved for customers at high risk. Our Dallas location is open by appointment. Dallas customers may call (469) 749-8960 for assistance.
What To Expect When Visiting Our Lobbies
Before entering our lobby, please use our provided hand sanitizer and wear a facial covering. A face mask is required. Before entering, we may ask you to pull down your mask slightly so we can identify you. We also ask that you please uphold social distancing guidelines. We have placed floor markers six feet apart for your safety.
Best Practices for Alternative Banking Solutions
To be proactive in this situation, we encourage all customers to make sure you’re prepared to bank electronically should the need arise. Here are some actions you can do to ensure you have access to your accounts where and when it’s convenient for you.
Our Education Center can also be a great resource for step-by-step video instructions.
Cybersecurity and Identity Theft
Criminals are always looking for times of vulnerability. Keep your information safe. Don’t fall victim and know that financial institutions and government agencies never call or email asking for your personal information.
